Arguments

:: String	parser input
-> Maybe [Int]	parsed integers

Parse a list of comma separated integers.

>>> parseInts "1, - 2, 3,-4"
Just [1,-2,3,-4]

>>> parseInts " "
Just []

>>> parseInts "1,2,3,x"
Nothing
